Melissa Dragone joined Masterman Krogmann PC as an associate attorney in August 2019 after acting as the firm’s Law Clerk for two years. Ms. Dragone is developing her practice as a domestic relations attorney by assisting hands-on with divorce, child custody and visitation, child and spousal support, settlement negotiations and other family law related matters in more sophisticated matters, but already she possesses the talents to handle the representation of a number of clients on her own.
Ms. Dragone is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia (2019). She regularly practices in Virginia courts. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Virginia State Bar – Young Lawyer’s Conference, the Virginia State Bar – Family Law Section, Virginia Trial Lawyer’s Association and NVWAA.
She graduated summa cum laude with her undergraduate degree from Arizona State University in 2015, and graduated with her Juris Doctor from The Antonin Scalia School of Law at George Mason University in 2019.
Upon graduation, Ms. Dragone received the Virginia State Bar Law Student Book Award for family law. This award is given to the top graduating student from each of the eight Virginia law schools who has demonstrated the most promise and potential for the practice of family law.
She resides in Arlington, Virginia and enjoys hiking, running, and watching sports as her out of the office activities.
